Support your theory by showing specific program design variables like mode, specific exercises, intensity, volume, frequency, duration, and progression. Keep in mind your goals and objectives set up in weeks 2 & 3 and your weight loss and weight management goals in week 4. Use these to develop your theory for choosing your approach.
