Week 5 – Designing Strength Training Programs

This week you will develop a theory as to what approach should be taken to develop an effective strength training program for general wellness within your weeks 2,  3, & 4 discussion company.  Support your theory by showing specific program design variables like mode, specific exercises, intensity, volume, frequency, duration, and progression.  Keep in mind your goals and objectives set up in weeks 2 & 3 and your weight loss and weight management goals in week 4. Use these to develop your theory for choosing your approach.
