Observation notes: Difficulties seem to stem from mild kyphosis (slight uppercross). Complains of a tight low back. Has started meditating and yoga. . She has not engaged in routine ROM activities and has never lifted weights. She has a fear of looking “manly”. She has weakness in strength assessments associated with general deconditioning. She is very concerned about how she looks (wants to lose weight, and not look like a man.
