Discuss the issues of return fraud and wardrobing and the loss that retailers have from these practices.
Is it okay to use an expensive product once and then get your money back? Should retailers have a generous return policy in order to attract shoppers?
- Many shoppers buy clothing in order to try it on at home. They are uncomfortable using a dressing room. Is this ethical behavior on the part of the consumer?
