- Identify one to two key problems.
- Why do they exist?
- How do they impact the organization?
- Who is responsible for them?
- Uncover possible solutions/changes needed
- Review course readings, discussions, outside research, and your experience.
- Select the best solution
- Consider strong supportive evidence, pros, and cons. Is this solution realistic?
Part II. Answer the following questions in your analysis.
- Why does Timo inspire such loyalty from his staff?
- Why is Timo so successful?
- Are the skills and behaviors that Timo has learnable?

A reference page should be included for sources. You are welcome to cite additional scholarly sources but you are required to incorporate and cite the articles assigned in this module.
