  • Focus your analysis
    • Identify one to two key problems.
    • Why do they exist?
    • How do they impact the organization?
    • Who is responsible for them?
  • Uncover possible solutions/changes needed
    • Review course readings, discussions, outside research, and your experience.
  • Select the best solution
    • Consider strong supportive evidence, pros, and cons. Is this solution realistic?

Part II. Answer the following questions in your analysis.

  • Why does Timo inspire such loyalty from his staff?
  • Why is Timo so successful?
  • Are the skills and behaviors that Timo has learnable?

  • Your mini case study analysis should be approximately 1,000 words (3 – 4 pages, double spaced) using APA format (double spaced, Times New Roman, 12 point font. A reference page should be included for sources. You are welcome to cite additional scholarly sources but you are required to incorporate and cite the articles assigned in this module.
