write a short script

Using the communication styles and selling techniques covered in the textbook. Develop a product or service pitch for a business to business buying situation.   Please select a product/service that you can show (describe) or demonstrate (add visuals)  during your presentation.  Make a video of your presentation. Your recording should be between 3-5 minutes.

Selling situations
In this presentation/video you might want to develop a script or set up the selling situation.  You will need to introduce a business product or service .  As well as a business buying situation using consultative selling techniques. 

Could be a product or a service 

Can be from any industry: Real Estate, Banking services, Manufacture /Retailer, Hospitality (Convention centre, catering)

Choose an industry that you know something about.  Imagine you are the business owner selling a product or a service to another business.    You will not be evaluated on the product; the evaluation will be focused on your communication skills.
