WEEK 8 DISCUSSION RESPOND TO COLLEAGUES POST
***MANDATORY*** In all your discussions, responding to colleague’s post and assignments, you will need to draw from the assigned readings in the course, your own research, and your personal and professional experiences.
Respond to at least two of your peers’ postings in one or more of the following ways:
How does your explanation of the role of reflection in coaching align with your colleague’s?
Explain why you agree or disagree with your colleague’s discussion of self-reflection as a development tool.
Please remember you will want to ensure the complete support of your paper’s position(s). This means providing in-text citations throughout your paper. A good rule of thumb is one citation per paragraph, for each paragraph of your paper.
