1. How is political speech made by corporations regulated? Do you think that it is ethical for businesses to make political statements or monetary contributions to political organizations? (Chapters 1 & 4)

2. Explain the procedural steps involved in filing a legal action against an individual or business? (Chapter 3)

3. Explain the process of money laundering and the steps being taken to help prevent it. Do you think that there are other methods businesses can use to protect themselves or their customers against money laundering? (Chapter 5)

4. Explain what defamation is and the defenses one can use to defend against a legal action for defamation. Also, how can defamation be prevented within the workplace? (Chapter 6)
