You have heard over and over that much of special education is about special education law. The law drives what can and can’t be done; that kids have to fight for their rights under special education law. If you would like to expand your own knowledge, do a Lexis Uni search in the AMU library for special education legal cases (MUST use this source). Write a review of what the case was about, and why it was important.
