Based on the many excerpts you watched, identify ONE in which you would like to address further

Summarize the video you watched and identify the issue(s)

Now, we are going to have you hypothetically apply for a $5,000 Seed Grant from the Social Justice Fund – https://socialjusticefund.org/funding-opportunities/Links to an external site. 

Summarize how Social Justice Fund (SJF) prioritize their funding (e.g. define what community organizing is to SJF, what is unique about SJF, etc)

Share some of the interventions you learned from the video/topic you chose and how they produced better health outcomes for that identified activity (think logic model)! 

Identify a new intervention that is community lead and may not have been mentioned that you think this organization should fund.

The Seed Fund is $5,000, break this budget into line items and be very specific in what amounts are being spent where…what would the $5,000 be spent on (this information is important for funders to know).
