The restaurant I chose is in-n-out on Las Vegas Strip. You need to research what similarities there are with the four restaurants that you choose and make comparisons (make sure they are in the cluster your team member has provided on the map). Example if you chose the cluster with fast food, those restaurants are grab and go, have a drive through, cater to a specific clientele, have similar operating hours, number of guests serviced…..the options are endless. Also keep the introduction short on each restaurant just one sentence. The value of this section is in the similarities that you find about the restaurants and the research supporting that. You can use YELP or tripadvisor to find more information about the restaurant.
