The Testing, Maintenance, and Auditing process describe the steps required to create, deploy, and maintain automated tests. These activities aim to ensure that the automated tests are as effective as possible. The purpose of testing is to make sure that a piece of software is correctly cond, that it behaves according to the specification and that the results of the tests are what you expect. An automated test contains a set of activities that will repeatedly run to verify that everything in the testing environment is behaving correctly (Kendall & Kendall, 2019). A comprehensive set of testing tools should be implemented to ensure that system, application, and business logic comply with SCCM standards. The SCCM test suite is designed with three core objectives: to improve the system, application, and business logic, to document a consistent design, and to produce a testing environment that satisfies the business (Kendall & Kendall, 2019).

A structured walk-thru is a method that is structured in terms of key objectives, steps, and outcomes. In an SWH, an enterprise looks for opportunities to achieve key objectives. The objective is to increase customer loyalty and enhance the customer experience, thereby increasing revenues and profit margins. The business objective is to increase the value of its existing portfolio and enhance value for future investment and acquisition. Key deliverables are identified to achieve those key deliverables. Structured walkthrough systems are a new approach for implementing user-centered design for software and services. In an SWH, interaction designers design systems with several user roles. These roles include users who perform tasks, users who interact with the software, end users who access the software, and developers who write the software (Haryono et al., 2018).
Service-Oriented Architectures
Service-oriented architectures address the requirement to decouple the IT infrastructure from the data flows, making the data flow easier and more efficient. In such an architecture, the data flow within the IT infrastructure is separated from the data flows within applications. This is useful because the data flows are much more easily understood and reliably managed by the different departments. In a service-oriented architecture, services and their functionalities are organized into one or more service domains, which specify the business processes implemented in a service. Service architecture can be seen as a hierarchical structure with the services as nodes (Legowo et al., 2019).
Documentation and Procedure Manuals
The Documentation and Procedure Manuals have been a significant source of documentation for many years, particularly during the transition to information systems and digital data. The DPMS provides an excellent means for documenting, editing, and archiving information technology systems, including human factors and environmental issues related to design and operations. The documents include descriptions and diagrams for key performance measures, information systems architectures, and design processes. Each section is organized into s, allowing the reader to track the progress, and the actual writing method is identified (Kendall & Kendall, 2019). Documentation and procedures are useful for setting rules and checking on details but can become cluttered with too many rules. When a rule sets the values for a variable, only one manual should be written, and the number of manuals is limited, but even if there are more manuals, it is not necessary to follow them all (Kendall & Kendall, 2019).
