1. Introduction (Please do not just jump into the theory; some students find it useful to use language from the description of the assignment as part of their introduction. Alternatively, you can consider how this theory paper fits into your learning objectives for this course and develop an introduction statement from that. Others have used this section to summarize what they will present in the paper.) (1 page)
2. Fully describe the theory including the main concepts and principles. (1.5 – 2 pages)
3. Assess the theory’s contribution to a better understanding of human behavior. (1.5- 2 pages)
4. Using the articles you reviewed, critique the theory. Describe its strengths and weaknesses (what is it helpful in understanding, what is not helpful in understanding). (2-2.5 pages)
5. Discuss how the theory addresses differences in people: Can it be used to explain and describe diverse human behavior (e.g. people of differing religions, races, sexuality, gender, or socioeconomic status [SES])? Explain. (1.5 – 2 pages)
6. Discuss the theory’s compatibility with economic and social justice (equality). (1.5-2 pages)
7. Conclusion (.5 – 1 page)
