You will locate one academic, peer-reviewed research article that relates to the topic you are going to be writing your paper on. You will use a graphic organizer to unpack the article. You will address the following
- The research problem as stated by the authors and the purpose of the study
- What the existing research literature says about the problem (according to the author’s review of the literature)
- What criteria was used for the data (population/subjects) selection? Were there limitations created by this?
- How was the data collected? Who did they collect data from? From where? If stated, What were the limitations of the data collection or methods of data collection?
- How was the data analyzed and what were the results? (Summary of research findings)
- What are the implications of the findings to the research or broader educational community?
