University of Memphis Writing Preventing Child Neglect Essay

you know that at least three million children are subjects of child abuse cases each year?

There are 74.9 percent of child neglect cases in the United States. Many adults have been victims of

abusing their children. According to commercial appeal, Memphis has less than 8,000 children in foster

care. I am here to figure out what can be done to prevent the rate of child neglect. To persuade my

audience with physical, emotional, and educational abuse, there are ways to prevent adults from child

neglect.
