I choose Working fo Google but I don’t have a preferance as long as it involves a job in Human Resource Management.

So far in this course, we have discussed the role of Human Resources Management in organizations. For this assignment, I want you to become more familiar with how HR can help create an employee value proposition (EVP). Specifically, I want you to research an organization that you would like to work for in the future.

You can identify an organization from “Best Places to Work” lists, for example:

• Fortune 100’s Best Places to Work (Links to an external site.)
• Glassdoor Best Places to Work (Links to an external site.)

After identifying a company, I want you to clarify what makes the company unique, as compared to its competitors. Look at the company website, employee reviews, and other sources online to provide insights into the unique value proposition offered by each employer.

You should identify specific HR functions that the company invests in to create a “best place to work”, such as their compensation and benefits, company culture, etc. Provide as much detail as you can about how they are using HRM to create an EVP.

Your response should be 1-2 pages, 12 point font. Include a list of the websites you reference for your research.
