Option 1: Discuss two positive effects of stress. How can you take advantage of the positive effects of stress to manage class demands, work, family or other demands you face as a student? Talk about two strategies.

Option 2: How do you manage stress and improve coping? Talk about two coping strategies. Do you have different methods of stress release when you feel you are being treated unfairly? When you are emotional? Overwhelmed with all you have to do? What better strategy could you use the next time you experience stress?

Option 3: Identify two different causes of stress in your life. What are two short and two long-term consequences of stress? What can you do to better manage the stress you experience?
