University of California Los Angeles Excel Function Discussion

Using your favorite search engine, find an Excel function that we have not yet covered in this course (functions we have covered include SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT, etc.). In addition to posting the function and a description of what it does (a description using your own words), post a link to a resource that describes how it is used, including a demonstration. If you are having trouble finding a tutorial for the function you found, search the Microsoft website or YouTube.

Your post should include the following:

• Excel Function
• Description of what the function does
• Discussion of how the function can help in data organization or analysis
• Link to a YouTube video or a Microsoft.com page that demonstrates the function (for Microsoft, do a Google search using “Microsoft Excel tutorial” then the function name)
