Remember, we created the first lesson plans 2 weeks ago- since then, we visited Sankofa and that experience was meant to influence your plan. At Sankofa, we danced and laughed and played – creating a learning atmosphere that was open and low-entry. Moreover, we learned a lot! Allow that to influence your original lesson plan and revise it. Submit the revision by tomorrow for your presentation. The original assignment was meant to be 1 page – so that you have room for revision your final submission should be 2 pages and must include a reflection, up to 500 words. This reflection is of The Sankofa Village field excursion and how it has influenced your learning/teaching ideals or practices.

The submission link is titled, “Presentation Final: Lesson Plan + Sankofa Revision” ; here is where you should resubmit your final version – yes, there should be two versions and yes, there should be a draft and a final version that is revised. Meaning, do not skip your submission for last week if you haven’t already submitted. Rather, submit the original (draft) and ALSO submit it’s revision (final) which includes the reflection.
