Part 5.

There are two parts to this discussion (be sure to number your responses in accordance with the question number):

  1. Think of a brand that you are loyal to (will not buy anything else!). When did your loyalty start and why are you so loyal? What happens if the price increases – will you remain as loyal?
  2. Now think of a brand for which you feel no loyalty to at all (would buy similar product from anyone). How does your lack of brand loyalty influence/change your buying patters for that product (e.g., do you wait and look for sales or do you buy out of convenience, etc.)? Is there anything one of the brands selling the particular product could do to entice you to become a loyal customer of their brand (e.g., price drop or increase in quality, etc.)?
