I have included a file with a pool of references from which you must choose 15, an APA format that must be used, and one with the instructions/format of the paper. All I need is for you to put the information together in an academic way.

• I have written the introduction and thesis and have included many references (You must choose 15 of the references I have provided).
• The paper must be organized with an abstract, headings and subheadings, and conclusion.
• You can edit the Introduction and must input the in-text citation from the references provided.

Make sure you consider the following:

• Must be 15 pages (if of high quality, 13 pages is acceptable)
• You must use at least 15 of the references that I have provided with proper in-text citation
• Must be written in APA 7^th edition with in-text citation (I have included a template on the posting)
• Compelling Introduction that hooks the reader. Engaging writing to sustain the reader’s interest throughout.
• The topic must be focused narrowly enough for the scope of this assignment.
• A position thesis statement provides direction for the paper.
• The subtopics should flow together and not be all over the place. The ideas are arranged logically to support the central purpose. They are usually clearly linked to each other. For the most part, the reader can follow the line of reasoning.
• For each of your subheadings make sure your writing is clear and concise. It is important not to become sidetracked. Effective use of coordination, subordination, division and parallelism.
• References are primarily peer reviewed professional journals or other approved sources (e.g., government documents, agency manuals, and organizations’ websites). The reader is confident that the information and ideas can be trusted.
• Sources are exceptionally well integrated, and they support claims argued in the paper very effectively.
