UGB 160 USL Skills Audit & Personal Development Planning Paper

This assignment has 2 parts: first one it needs to be 1,700 words and i need to writte about 3 skills that i have developed during my learning ( for example time management, problem solving, decision making) and to describe my experience of group activity using Gibbs reflection model. In the second part which is 1300 words I need to discuss the areas for development and focus on TWO avenues for improvement that I intend to pursue. Also i need to Provide a Personal Development Plan for the next 12-18 months. Last part isa cv but don t worry about that as i did that already. And of course introductions and conclusions.
