- Possible Enactment scenario
- Strategies for Joining and Accommodating
- Strategies for Boundary Intervention via modified enactment
Role of the Therapist in session is to:
- Structural diagram of the family
- Join and Accommodate (build rapport)
- Assess the family boundaries (enmeshed or disengaged)
- Provide and facilitate a scenario for enactment

- Increase boundaries and independence between needed subsystems
- Challenge member’s avoidance of conflict or emotional blocks to help them increase interaction
- Look for behavioral changes that indicate clearer boundaries in the family
