imagine that you are a legal policy advisor to President Biden. In this position, you can advocate for changes in federal law, whether it be the introduction of new bills in Congress for the President to endorse, the repeal by Congress of one or more existing federal laws, and/or the modification by Congress of one or more existing laws, where the legal terms would change.

As legal policy advisor, in a minimum of 10 sentences, identify (i) one new federal law that you would like adopted, and (ii) provide three reasons why Congress and the President should work towards enacting this law. In other words, why is this new law needed? The law’s subject matter could fall under criminal law, torts, contracts, intellectual property, international law (such as the United States signing a treaty), employment law, or other area of law of your choice.
