Description
Your company DroneCloak, Inc. has received a contract from HurricaneDomain, LLC to build drones. A previous kick-off meeting was held to organize the project. As project manager, your task is to:
1) Create a meeting agenda for the next meeting. Write ‘MEMO’ at the top left in large bold font. Bold the To:, From:, Date:, Subject:, and cc: fields. Tab in the names, dates, etc. do they aligned vertically.
2) Have the meeting and create meeting minutes.
3) Create a meeting agenda for the next meeting which includes minutes from the previous meeting for team approval.
4) Write an internal memo to your boss, Sir Topham Hatt, which provides the background for the tests/models, the approach and new findings, and the recommendations. Include at least three pictures from the web: a destructive impact test, an impressive pressure differential explosion, and an analysisbased color contour plot of a computer model.
5) Write an external letter to Salli Jones, PhD, PE of HurricaneDomain, LLC explaining that while the experimental and computer results verify the proposed design, a newly found limitation of your chosen supplier’s production facilities will result in a maximum allowable drone pressure differential of 700 kPa instead of the 850 kPa required in the contract. Possible solutions include decreasing the pressure requirements in the contract (cost concessions?), finding a new supplier (schedule implications?), or upgrading your chosen supplier’s production capabilities (cost and schedule implications?)
