TAMU Nursing CKD in Men with A Focus on Geriatric Presentation

1. Present a general profile of at least one health-related organization for the selected focus topic. Present two resources, national or local, for the proposed education plan that can be utilized by the provider or the patient.

TOPIC: CKD in men with a focus on geriatric AND African American men                                                                                        The assignment calls for a PowerPoint presentation. My group members and I have equally divided the work. I have been assigned number 4, so no need to worry about 1, 2. 3, or 5. Only need 3 slides with at least 2 references. And on each of the 3 slides, I need 4-5 sentences explaining the slide in the speaker box (as if I was delivering the presentation to my classmates).
