Description
Build PCB Assembly Model 5-2 as it is described in the “PCB Assembly
Models: Models 5.1 and 5.2” slides. Run your model for 600 days for 50
replications with a warm-up period of 100 days.
Create necessary
response variables in your experiment and report for “Time In System”
(Average time boards spent in the system), “WIP” (Work-In-Progress)
(Average number of boards being processed in the system at a given
time), NumTimes (On average how many times are boards processed at the
placement station.)
Submit:
1. The Simio model file, with the described experiment;
2.
A screenshot/pdf of the PivotGrid results for a run of 600 days and
discuss your results regarding the mentioned response variables.
