Social construction racism and colorblind racism

I’m working on a sociology writing question and need support to help me learn.

For this activity you will use everything you have learned so far about race from the textbook, powerpoint, and videos (including the White Peopledocumentary). Please explain in detail how race is socially constructed in society and the problems with colorblind racism in 250-400 words.

1) Make sure you explain the social construction of race in your own words (do not quote directly from the textbook). 

2) Please explain what colorblind racism is, why it does not help our society achieve racial equality, and please offer a remedy to colorblind racism.
