Overview: As you are now discovering, forming an incident response team with assigned roles and 

responsibilities is essential for an

organization that intends to handle security incidents in an effective and efficient manner while 

protecting key assets when possible.

In this milestone, you will draft section II.A (incident response process with key roles and 

responsibilities assignments) of the final project. Review the Final Project Guidelines and Rubric 

document to see how this milestone fits in the overall project. Also review the Final Project 

Scenario and Final Project Support documents, which include key information necessary to completing 

the draft. Use the table below to complete your documentation of the process by filling in the open 

sections. This will result in a logical progression of steps to be used in incident response. 

Please note: If it is cumbersome to use the table below, you may draft this milestone in a separate
