ongoing criminal activity that is not inherently dangerous?
ESSAY 2 Defend the use of excessive force by a police officer. Explain why it is a necessary
tool for a police officer to use. Explain and defend the policy of qualified immunity which
protects officers from being arrested for excessive force. If you could be a change agent in a
police department, describe the changes or procedures you would institute that you believe
would reduce the incidence of excessive force?
