Individuals are less a citizen of their home country and instead a citizen of the world, which can have profound implications for organizations. Employees and customers are now scattered throughout the world, many still managed by human resource professionals in their home countries. Given this trend, what two strategies would you propose a human resource professional should present and promote to create a more welcome and inclusive work environment among employees who may have little to nothing in common other than working for the same company.
