Extremely high or low scores are the most meaningful. A score of 15 or more suggests that your personality and attitudes are similar to those of creative people, including creative leaders. A score of 8 or less suggests that you are more of an intellectual conformist at present. Do not be discouraged. Most people can develop in the direction of becoming more creative. Although effective leaders vary considerably in their communication style, they usually create a positive impact if they can communicate well.

Observe some current business leaders on CNBC news or a similar channel to develop a feel for the communication style of successful business leaders.
