1. Describe the person who is the focus of the book and include learning history (familial, culture, race and ethnicity, sexuality, gender identity, cohort effects and any other contextual factors). 4 points
2. Identify any mental health symptoms that were described by the author and if the presenting symptoms meet criteria for a diagnosis (both DSM-V and ICD 10 codes). Please include etiology, treatment and outcome and how the environment and mental health system may have contributed to severity and outcome of the individual’s overall functioning. 8 points
