The purpose of the study is to answer the following questions, by designing a suitable questionnaire (survey). The survey should be divided to 4 sections at least, each section contains a group of questions- the answers to the questions are multiple choice or written answer.

• Meuser the effectiveness of using cc techniques to improve the business.
• Reasons for reluctance to use cc technologies.

• The areas of usage.
• knowledge to use and apply – ease of use.
• Advantages and disadvantages
• Perceived usefulness- List of benefit.

– Lack of knowledge and ignorance to use the cc technologies.

-Security concerns.
