I’m working on a management discussion question and need an explanation and answer to help me learn.
This week’s Discussion Board topic is “Becoming a Strategic Partner.” The YouTube video, “HR Role Models: What It Means To Be a Strategic HR Leader in the 21st Century”, will provide a good basis for your discussion.
