Consider the business problem and examine alternative solutions, and propose the most effective solution using supportive evidence.

Focus your analysis

Identify one to two key problems.

Why do they exist?

• How do they impact the organization?

Who is responsible for them?

• Uncover possible solutions/changes needed
• Review course readings, discussions, outside research, and your experience.

Select the best solution

• Consider strong supportive evidence, pros, and cons. Is this solution realistic?
• Part II. Answer the following questions in your analysis.
• How can someone be successful in one environment but not in another?
• What makes Chris’s new job different from his old job? How does the situation make a difference?
• How would events change if Chris had asked for the group’s opinions before making a decision?
