Project budget and timeline

A brief description of what you will do and how did you come up with this plan. Please use below matrix for listing key activities under each objective. Based on the situation analysis, your organization’s capacity and mandate you will plan to achieve above objectives and these activities should contribute to the achievement of those objectives.

You would need to do costing based on the scale of your intervention, number of vulnerable populations etc. This would require calculation of unit cost and some assumptions. You should be ready to describe that how reached to that cost? Details of calculations does not need to be in your plan, but you should have it as supporting document, if and when needed.
