Overview: For this assignment, you will write a short paper on technological trends in program evaluation in order to identify current tools for presentations. Remember from your reading in Module Three that not all stakeholders need a full-blown evaluation report, and similarly, not all stakeholders will need some of these technological presentations. As you explore the various technological trends, think about your stakeholder and the message you want to convey. This short paper will help you prepare for your third competency project, the presentation to stakeholders project, which is due in Module Eight. Prompt: For this assignment, consider your personal experience with technological tools, how these various tools and trends impact program evaluation, and how various stakeholders may receive different technologies.

Specifically, you must address the three critical elements listed below.

? Experience With Technological Tools: Establish a context for your paper by illustrating the tools with which you have experience and describe the context of their use with specific examples. If your experiences are limited, report on tools that you have researched instead.

? Impact of Emerging Technology Trends: Assess the impact of emerging technological trends within program evaluation on public programs by identifying specific implications (e.g., presentation effectiveness, transparency of communication, accountability to stakeholders, etc.).

? Stakeholders: To conclude your paper, draw connections between your analysis of the tools and your final competency project.
