• Objective: Analyze the role of the Holy Spirit in the life of a believer.

We believe in a God who is triune. He is Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Historically, the theology of the latter has been rather neglected until the twentieth century. Still, there is a clear affirmation of the full deity of the Holy Spirit in both the liturgy and writings of the ancient Church. Jesus described the Holy Spirit as the “paraclete” in John 14. He is one who “comes alongside.” It is important that we think through the role and work of the Holy Spirit in our personal lives
