You have been assigned the case of John Foxx (see attachment below). This case will include important yet limited information based on the client, institution/systems, age, minority status, and other demographic information. From the information obtained throughout our course, you will examine the case of John Foxx and his family and complete a psycho-social history write-up report.

Follow the same format from Psycho-social history 1, use the template on D2L to complete a ‘write-up’ on the case at hand.
