Everyone has always heard someone tout the merits of beginning the day with a “good breakfast”. Using the knowledge you have gained regarding macronutrients, micronutrients, energy content of food, and phytochemicals, choose one of the four typical breakfast menus below and complete a nutritional analysis of the menu. For the initial response, discuss the positive aspects of your analysis and the negative aspects of the analysis. Then describe how you would change the menu to make it “good breakfast” and discuss why your revised breakfast is “good”.
