Oakland Community College Nutrition Worksheet

Description

For this Assignment, focus on My Plate, Food Groups, Dietary Guidelines, and Physical Activity recommendations

Next, think of 3 areas in your typical diet and exercise habits that you can improve upon.  The changes can be big or small.  Set goals for yourself to address over the next few weeks.

Identify items that would be the most challenging to you. Formulate a reasonable proposal that would improve your behaviors so as to meet your nutrition and physical activity goals.

Then – Over the next two weeks (on at least ten days), use NutritionCalc to track both your eating habits (Intake Tab) and physical activity (Activity Tab).  During week 4, you will submit assigned Reports created by NutritionCalc as your Week 4 Assignment.  (See week 4 to view the assigned reports, which you can view while your assignment is in progress).
