As an assistant HR Director, you will prepare a proposal for your senior team that discusses steps you would recommend the organization take to increase engagement and knowledge retention during training sessions. Your primary focus in your proposal will be to incorporate five practices that aim at engaging adult learning, enhancing the learning experience and permanently securing knowledge retention during training sessions. Your report should be 3-5 pages long. Be creative in your recommendations and be sure to describe how retention will help aid corporate efforts in improving training.
