Nova Academy of Cosmetology HTML CSS Programming Code

For this task, I need you to write the codes for three pages and make sure it is clear please and make sure there are no mistakes in the codes.

This assignment will require you to create 2 pages called forms.html and contact.html

1. For this assignment you may name your home page something other index.html — Name it forms.html
2. Make sure the form has a title, headers, padding – put a border around the forms – it can be one border around all the forms or separate borders around each form.
3. Select 7 DIFFERENT FORMS on the form page. the following types of forms. Here is a sample list of inputs: datalist, range, number, tel, text, email, color, date, checkbox, radio, url – Make Form page look professional.
4. On the contact page use CSS to make the page look professional and in alignment. Here is a screenshot of what the contact form should look like. You may also add the reset button if you’d like.
