Hello! I’m working on a written report for a class project. I have been tasked to enter a new foreign market by providing an American product. I have chosen to enter the market in Cuba and I’d like to provide Ultrasound equipment. I chose this because ultrasound equipment can be used to diagnose heart disease and cancer, which are the two leading causes of death, it can also be used for female pregnancies. I have provided instructions in the files below, but to recap, you must assume that not everyone understands our product so we must provide adequate details. The 2nd part of the question is to

Describe the Legal forces that you will face in your country. Include:
a. Type of legal system – Civil, Common, or religious law, adherence to rule of law
b. Legal concerns in business – extraterritoriality, resolution of performance of contract
disputes
c. View on the protection of intellectual property rights
d. Any specific National legal forces especially related to competition laws, laws that create
trade obstacles, and Tort laws

Overall, this may seem like a lot, but I promise it’s not that much and the project itself is not that bad either
