The chief human resources officer has asked that you develop a presentation discussing the various technological tools available to help increase access to learning and enhance training delivery methods. Currently, an organization uses paper-based, instructor-led training at all locations. Often a trainer from the corporate office will need to travel to an office where training is needed. If a trainer is unavailable, then that specific location will have to do without training until a trainer is available, or the organization may have to contract with an external training consultant to help meet its training needs.
