Description
Select your research topic airline, in a prioritized order of first U.S. majors, then U.S. regional and commuter carriers. learners are instructed to research “their” topic airline gathering data on a legal issue related to the chosen airline.
This will be a (eight page) position paper that could identify the actual legal issue(s) facing now or faced in the past the company. After the legal issue(s) is/are identified the position paper could present possible solutions to this/these issue(s).
Be advised not to over-concentrate on the historical aspects of “their” airline and will be directed to follow a more critical path that relates to a legal issue.
