Please describe two project management failure in two different reports, it can be a very famous project, ie the Big Dig in Boston which took many years to complete and blew their budget or the Airbus 380 which was a mess because they weren’t using the same software. You can look it up on the internet Project Management Failures, what happened, what was the cause of the failure, how could this have been risk mitigated?
