- Injury History: Rt. Knee injury over 10 years ago. Previous athlete and recreational lifter for over 25 years. Goal: Wants to improve BF% and increase lean tissue

- Former college athlete (baseball). Currently working out 2x a week at an intensity level of 6 on the RPE scale. He is not doing any cardio.
- Background: hitting the age where he realizes working out can prolong his life. He would like to be competitive in some way but is struggling to think of ways. Was thinking of things like a mud run or spartan race.
